Terms and Conditions

Please review the terms governing your use of the Alliance Pro Services llc DBA Seattle General Contractor website, online forms, appointment tools, and communication services.

Effective Date: July 30, 2026

Last Updated: July 30, 2026

Website and Service Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Seattle General Contractor website, forms, appointment tools, communications, and related online services.

In these Terms and Conditions, “Seattle General Contractor,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Seattle General Contractor and its authorized representatives.

“You” and “your” refer to the person accessing the website, submitting information, scheduling an appointment, requesting services, or otherwise communicating with us.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

When separate affirmative consent is required, your general acceptance of these Terms does not automatically constitute consent to receive promotional SMS or marketing communications.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, do not use the website.

1. Website Purpose

The Seattle General Contractor website provides general information about construction, remodeling, renovation, design-build, and related services.

The website may allow visitors to:

  • Learn about our services
  • Review general service information
  • Submit questions
  • Request a quote or estimate
  • Request a consultation
  • Schedule an appointment
  • Provide project details
  • Communicate with our team
  • Consent to receive certain communications

Website content is provided for general informational and inquiry purposes.

Website content does not constitute:

  • A binding construction proposal
  • A final estimate
  • A construction contract
  • Architectural advice
  • Engineering advice
  • Legal advice
  • Financial advice
  • Insurance advice
  • A warranty
  • A promise that a project will be accepted
  • A guarantee of project cost
  • A guarantee of project completion time
  • A representation that permits will be approved

2. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a service request, schedule a consultation, or enter into an agreement with Seattle General Contractor.

By using the website or submitting project information, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • The information you submit is accurate
  • You have authority to submit information about the property
  • You are the property owner or are authorized by the property owner
  • You are authorized to request the applicable services
  • Your use of the website is lawful
  • You will not use the website for fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity

Submitting a form on behalf of another person without authorization is prohibited.

3. No Contractor-Client Relationship From Website Use

Accessing the website, submitting a form, requesting information, exchanging messages, or scheduling a consultation does not by itself create a contractor-client relationship.

A contractor-client relationship begins only when all required parties enter into a separate written agreement covering the applicable project.

A binding project agreement may require:

  • A written scope of work
  • A written proposal
  • A written estimate
  • A signed construction agreement
  • Required disclosures
  • Required notices
  • Required deposits or payments
  • Property access authorization
  • Permit-related documentation
  • Other project-specific documents

These Terms and Conditions do not replace a project-specific construction agreement.

If these website Terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement will generally control for that specific project.

4. Quotes, Estimates, and Pricing

Information displayed on the website is not a binding quote or estimate unless expressly identified in a signed written agreement.

Any preliminary pricing, range, projection, or verbal estimate may be based on limited information.

Final pricing may depend on:

  • Project scope
  • Property condition
  • Site access
  • Measurements
  • Design selections
  • Material selections
  • Labor requirements
  • Permit requirements
  • Engineering requirements
  • Architectural requirements
  • Inspection requirements
  • Building-code requirements
  • Subcontractor availability
  • Supplier availability
  • Unforeseen conditions
  • Customer-requested changes
  • Market conditions
  • Other project-specific factors

An online form submission does not lock in pricing.

A telephone conversation, email, or text message does not create a final price commitment unless expressly incorporated into a signed written agreement.

Prices and service availability may change without prior notice before a binding project agreement is executed.

5. Appointments and Consultations

Appointment requests are subject to confirmation.

Selecting an available calendar time does not guarantee that the appointment has been accepted, the requested representative is available, the project is within our service area, the project matches our services, Seattle General Contractor will provide an estimate, or Seattle General Contractor will accept the project.

Seattle General Contractor may contact you to confirm the appointment, request additional information, reschedule the appointment, cancel the appointment, determine project eligibility, confirm the property address, confirm the requested service, or clarify project details.

You agree to provide accurate appointment and contact information and should provide reasonable notice when requesting to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Seattle General Contractor may cancel or reschedule an appointment because of emergencies, weather, staffing changes, scheduling conflicts, safety concerns, incomplete information, property-access problems, or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Project Information and Property Access

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information concerning the property and requested project, including property ownership, existing damage, structural conditions, hazardous materials, easements, permit history, and other material project information.

Failure to disclose important property conditions may affect project eligibility, pricing, scheduling, safety, scope of work, and project feasibility.

Property access for an inspection, consultation, estimate, or project must be authorized by the owner or another person with lawful authority.

7. Separate Construction Agreements

Construction, remodeling, renovation, or design-build services will be governed by a separate written agreement when required.

A project-specific agreement may address scope of work, exclusions, pricing, deposits, change orders, delays, permits, warranties, and other project-specific requirements.

Nothing on the website modifies a signed construction agreement unless the modification is made in writing and accepted by the required parties.

8. Change Orders and Additional Work

Requests for work outside an agreed project scope may require a written change order.

Additional work may affect project price, material cost, labor cost, permit requirements, project schedule, completion date, and inspection requirements.

Messages sent through SMS, email, or website forms should not be treated as an approved change order unless the applicable project agreement expressly permits that method and the change is properly authorized.

9-16. General Legal Disclaimers

Permits, Codes, and Approvals: Seattle General Contractor does not guarantee that a permit, variance, inspection, or other approval will be granted.

Website Content & Photographs: Content is provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Photographs and project examples are for illustrative purposes and results vary by property.

Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use: Website content is owned by or licensed to us. You may not unlawfully copy, scrape, or misuse the website or submit false information.

User-Submitted Materials: You grant us permission to review and use submitted materials (plans, photos, inquiries) to respond to your request. Do not submit confidential information belonging to third parties.

Third-Party Websites: We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or privacy practices of external linked websites.

Email Communications: By providing an email, you authorize communications relating to your inquiry, appointments, or requested information. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe method.

17. SMS and MMS Messaging Program

Seattle General Contractor may offer an SMS and MMS messaging program for individuals who voluntarily provide a mobile phone number and affirmatively consent to receive messages.

The messaging program may include responses to inquiries, quote-request follow-ups, estimate-request follow-ups, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, customer-support messages, and promotional messages when separately authorized.

Program Sponsor & Frequency

The messaging program is operated by Seattle General Contractor, 14040 NE 8th St., Bellevue, WA 98007. Phone: (206) 738-7700. Email: [verified customer-support email].

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of consent provided, the nature of the inquiry, project status, and the messaging program selected. Seattle General Contractor does not guarantee a specific number of messages.

Rates & Consent Limitations

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier determines applicable messaging and data charges.

Consent is Not a Condition of Purchase. Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You may submit an inquiry or request service without agreeing to promotional SMS communications.

Affirmative & Nontransferable Consent. Submitting a telephone number without a clear SMS disclosure does not automatically constitute promotional SMS consent. SMS consent applies only to Seattle General Contractor and may not be purchased, sold, rented, traded, transferred, or assigned.

Opting Out & Assistance

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, Seattle General Contractor may send one final text message confirming that your opt-out request was processed. No additional promotional SMS messages should be sent unless you provide new affirmative consent.

For assistance with the messaging program, reply HELP or call (206) 738-7700.

Carrier Disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The messaging program may not be available on every device or carrier.

Privacy & Number Changes

Information collected through the messaging program is governed by the Seattle General Contractor Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be used for unrelated marketing programs operated by another business. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records will not be sold, rented, traded, transferred, or assigned for another business’s marketing or promotional use.

You agree to notify Seattle General Contractor if you stop using the mobile number, the mobile number is reassigned, or you are no longer the authorized user of the number.

18-20. Communications and Privacy

Transactional and Promotional Messages: Consent to receive transactional or customer-support messages does not automatically authorize unrelated promotional messages. When separate consent is required, promotional messages must use a distinct, optional opt-in.

Communication Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate contact and project details. Seattle General Contractor is not responsible for communications delivered to an incorrect address or number that you supplied.

Privacy: Use of personal information is governed by the Seattle General Contractor Privacy Policy. View the Privacy Policy at https://seattlegeneralcontractor.com/privacy-policy.

21-25. Liability, Warranties, and Availability

Disclaimer of Warranties: To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and general online content are provided on an “as available” basis. This website disclaimer does not eliminate warranties or obligations contained in a signed construction agreement or imposed by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, Seattle General Contractor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from website access, delayed electronic communications, or technical interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Indemnification: To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your unlawful website use, fraudulent submissions, or violation of these Terms.

Service Availability & Force Majeure: Seattle General Contractor may modify website features or limit service availability without notice. We are not responsible for website or communication delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, utility outages, supply-chain interruptions).

26-34. Additional Legal Provisions

Electronic Communications: A text message, email, or form submission does not constitute a signed construction contract unless the applicable document and electronic-signature process expressly state otherwise.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: These website Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim relating solely to website use, the parties should attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith communication.

Severability, No Waiver, & Assignment: If a provision of these Terms is found invalid, remaining provisions will continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision does not permanently waive the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without authorization.

Entire Agreement & Changes to Terms: These Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy represent the general agreement governing website use. They do not replace project-specific documents like a signed proposal or construction agreement. Seattle General Contractor may update these Terms to reflect changes in services or legal requirements.
